ENDO ALL STARS

09/01/2001

Vickie Gabbard is an RN with 12 years of endoscopy experience. Nominated by a fellow employee at the Butler County Surgery Center in Hamilton, OH, Gabbard is married and has two sons. She was nominated because of her leadership and motivation.
Becky Kennel, the manager of endoscopy at the Butler County Surgery Center said Gabbard's life goal of raising her sons and being a quality nurse demonstrates her character.
"Vickie is an employee who would be valued in any GI lab. Everyday, she goes about her job in a quiet, efficient steady manner. If she sees work to do, consider it done. She accepts peripheral responsibility outside the GI lab as well. She does all the QA issues for our entire surgery center. Vickie is well received by our physicians, respected by fellow employees, and can offer criticism in a well-constructed, non-threatening manner. She deserves recognition for her nursing abilities," Kennel said.

Congratulations Endo All Star Vickie Gabbard and thank you for your hard work!
