According to director of surgical services Kim Petersell, the team goes the extra mile for its patients. "They spend long hours, sometimes into the night, caring for patients," she says. "They have a 'can do' attitude in all situations and have received many patient and physician compliments for outstanding service. When something is needed, they are there to provide the best and most caring service as an example to the rest of our staff here at ECRMC. They truly exemplify our motto 'Our family serving yours."
