Wisc. School Taking Applications for GI Training

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, is accepting applications for a 1-year training program in advanced GI endoscopy beginning July 1, 2010, and beginning July 1, 2011. Eligible candidates should have completed accredited 3-year fellowship training in gastroenterology by the start date and certified competent in diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy.

During the course of one year, the candidate will receive training in ERCP, EUS, EMR, balloon enterosocpy, GI stenting, and ablation of Barrett’s esophagus. The candidate will be appointed at the level of a junior faculty.
