ALPHARETTA, Ga.—EndoChoice, Inc. today announced the establishment of EndoHeroes, a program designed to recognize outstanding GI professionals.
“We are proud to recognize the many heroes we encounter, and to share their inspirational stories with others," said Mark Gilreath, EndoChoice Founder and CEO. “EndoHeroes are the people that care for us, and who enrich the world with their presence."
Each year, an independent endoscopy peer group, including doctors and nurses, will select five “Super Heroes." Each Super Hero will receive a grant from EndoChoice to be used for GI education within their GI department, or a donation in their name to a GI society.
Anyone can nominate a GI professional as an EndoHero by going to www.endoheroes.org. Video interviews and articles about EndoHeroes recognized to date can also be found on the site.
