Leadership at Hobbs say that the site is user friendly, and that it includes dynamic product pictures. The website also has several download options such as instructions for use, product data sheets, and forms for setting up an account, requesting a W-9 or requesting a product catalog. The interactive endoscopy product pages provide access to requests for quotation, and more.
The site was designed as a resource for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and any other facilities that use accessories for flexible endoscopy.
