SGNA to Host Webinar on Endoscopy Accessories, Valves

CHICAGO—The Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, Inc. (SGNA) will host a webinar on July 26 that will focus on the newly released SGNA statement on reprocessing of endoscopic accessories and valves (2012) position statement. The webinar will be at 7 p.m. CDT.

The webinar will provide participants with a deeper understanding of the official position statement released by SGNA, as well as clarity surrounding changes and updates. There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask specific questions to the facilitator, who also helped create the statement.

This webinar is second in a series of four and is part of SGNA’s ongoing focus to educate GI/endoscopy nursing professionals on issues impacting today’s healthcare practice. Additional webinars will be scheduled later this fall.
